Authorized works only
KOMA SCANS is designed for works owned by the operator, licensed from the relevant rights holder or published with explicit authorization. Credit alone is not treated as permission.
Reporting an issue
A rights holder may submit a takedown request to legal@example.com. The request should identify the work, the affected URL, the claimant’s authority and reliable contact information.
Review process
Reported content may be temporarily disabled while the chain of rights is reviewed. The studio keeps an audit trail of publication, rights verification, suspension and removal actions.
Counter-notice
Where permitted by applicable law, the uploader may provide evidence of ownership or authorization. Content is restored only after the operator is satisfied that publication is lawful.
